Do I provide the cleaning materials?

The Cleaning Lab supplies all necessary cleaning products. Our requirements from our clients is to provide our cleaners with basic necessities such as a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, sponges and cleaning/dusting cloths. It is vital that all required materials are provided to our cleaners in order for them to complete the job to our highest standards.

How do you monitor your cleaners?

We make sure all cleaners joining the team undergo a full enhanced DBS check which always offers that extra piece of mind. All our housekeepers are experienced and take pride in their work. Here at The Cleaning Lab we strive for perfection in all we do. We monitor and manage our staff by taking your feedback into account.

Do I have to be present for the clean?

We recommend that our clients are present for the first clean. In order to meet and greet the cleaner to make them aware of any special requirements you may have. Alternatively, you can always inform us of these requirements whilst making your booking.

Payment information

Once we have assessed your needs we will provide you with information about how many hours will be required for your clean. We will need a 50% deposit from all new clients before the cleaner arrives for your first clean.
