A quick conversation, a written scope of work, and your first scheduled clean — usually within a week. We confirm everything in writing before your team arrives so there are no surprises.

Yes — every Cleaning Lab team member is background-checked, fully trained, and covered by our $1M general liability policy.

No. Most of our recurring clients aren't home. We work via coded entry, lockbox, or smart-lock pin — whatever fits your setup — and lock up behind us.

Kitchen and bathroom sanitization, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, high-touch surface disinfection, and a light presentation reset. The full scope for each program lives on the relevant service page.

We keep a card on file. A temporary hold is placed on your card 48 hours before your scheduled clean, and payment is only captured once the clean is completed and signed off. Commercial accounts can be invoiced monthly with ACH terms.

We use professional-grade, surface-appropriate cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths by surface type, and HEPA-filtered vacuums. We bring everything needed for the service. If you prefer eco-friendly products or specific products of your choice, we're happy to use them when provided.

Always. Every plan is built around your space, schedule, and priorities — and can be adjusted any time. Add-on services let you fine-tune visit by visit.

Yes — supplies, equipment, and consumables are included in every service unless you'd prefer we use yours.

Yes. Our Detailed Reset and Move Preparation packages are both available as one-time bookings. Many clients start with a Detailed Reset before switching to a recurring Signature Refresh.

Most recurring and one-time cleans can be scheduled within the same week. For move-out, post-construction, or first-time deep cleans, we recommend 7–10 days notice.
