Always. Every Cleaning Lab plan is built around your space, schedule, and priorities — recorded in a written scope of work — and can be adjusted any time. Add-on services let you fine-tune what happens visit by visit, without renegotiating your whole plan.
There's no fixed menu you have to fit into. The scope of work is built around your home — not the other way around.
Built custom from day one
During onboarding, your plan starts from what actually matters in your space: the rooms that see the most life, the surfaces you care most about, the areas you'd rather we skip. That becomes your written scope of work — the document your team executes on every single visit.
Adjusted any time
Plans aren't contracts carved in stone. Kids' rooms need more attention this year, the guest suite is closed up for summer, you've adopted a very enthusiastic dog — tell us, and the scope is updated in writing. Your price adjusts transparently with the scope, in both directions.
Fine-tuning visit by visit
For one-off needs, add-on services let you adjust a single visit without touching your standing plan: inside the oven before a holiday, the refrigerator before a grocery reset, interior windows before hosting. Request them when you need them; skip them when you don't.
The one thing that doesn't change
However custom the plan, the standard is fixed: the same trained, background-checked team, the same product discipline, the same sign-off against the written scope. Customization changes what we do — never how well we do it.
